FullWow is a web design studio in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, and part of RAAIX LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17541378, with its registered office at 16 Gleiser View, Malmesbury, England, SN16 0FZ. Using the site

The site is free to use. We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but it’s provided as it is, and we may change, pause or remove any part of it without notice. Please don’t try to break it, overload it or get into parts of it that aren’t meant to be public.

Our work on this site

The design, code, writing, artwork and effects on this site, including the FullWow name and logo, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to look, share links and take inspiration; please don’t copy them or reuse them without our written permission. Kiln & Co., shown in the “four universes” demo, is a made-up studio.

Projects and prices

Nothing on this site is an offer to build a website on particular terms. Every project starts with a written proposal covering scope, price, timings and who owns what. Once you accept it, that proposal and its agreement are the contract between us, and they take priority over anything on this site.

Links

We link to other sites, including raaix.com, concepttocompletion.co.uk and DesBu. We’re not responsible for sites run by other people, and a link isn’t an endorsement.

Our liability

We’re not liable for loss or damage caused by using this site or relying on its content, except where the law says we can’t limit our liability, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you’re a consumer, nothing here affects your legal rights.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
