FullWow is a web design studio in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, and part of RAAIX. RAAIX is responsible for the personal data described here (the “controller”). This policy covers this website and the enquiries and projects that come through it. Questions about it: hello@fullwow.co.uk.
Visiting the website
This site has no forms, no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Our fonts are part of the site, so your browser doesn’t fetch anything from Google or anyone else to show them.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
- One note in your browser. After the opening comic splash plays, the site remembers that in your browser’s session storage so it doesn’t play again on every page. It stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
When you email us
If you email hello@fullwow.co.uk we receive your name, email address and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to reply, prepare ideas and a quote, and, if we work together, to run the project. Our reason (“lawful basis”) is taking the steps you asked for before a contract, then performing that contract.
The “Or use our contact form” button and the client login take you to raaix.com, where the RAAIX privacy policy applies.
When we build your website
Building a site can mean handling information about your customers, such as enquiries your site receives or customer lists you give us to move across. We only use it to do the work you’ve asked for, under your instructions, and the details are set out in your project agreement.
Who helps us
- Website hosting: Vercel.
- Email: our email provider, which stores the messages you send us.
- Accounts and payments for client work, where used: the providers named in the RAAIX privacy policy.
We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t turn into a project: deleted within 12 months.
- Project emails and records: for the length of the project and up to 6 years afterwards, so we can support your site and meet tax and legal record-keeping rules.
- Server logs: kept by our host for a short period, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Email hello@fullwow.co.uk and we’ll reply within a month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we handle data we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
